Second-floor addition to a 1930's home within a local historic district. The roofline was extended, and dormers were added at the rear of the house to provide a large master suite on the new upper level. New porches were added at the main floor level and the new upper floor level to overlook a waterfall in the rear yard. The upper floor also includes a guest room, an additional bath, and a laundry room, all with minimal impact on the scale and massing of the original house.
