Restoration of a 1920's Italianate revival-style home located within a local historic district. The project included replacing all the windows and exterior doors, reconditioning the frieze bands and cornice details, and completely reconditioning the exterior masonry stucco finish. Interior work included shoring and refurbishing existing fire-damaged structural components, complete restoration and renovation of all existing spaces, addition of new bathrooms, and replacement of all HVAC and plumbing systems.
